Dashboards

There are several different dashboards available that are comprised of a collection of widgets that are most pertinent to the property type. Widgets are individual displays made up of a specific metric over a period of time or a table of multiple metrics that are similar in fashion, such as Financial Summary.

Commercial

This dashboard is unique due to the combination of all commercial property types in the portfolio. If you have multiple types of commercial property (industrial, office and retail), this will allow you to see an overall picture of these properties rather than the individual view. 

Filters

All dashboards allow for a filter of Portfolio, Region, and Period at the top of the dashboard. 

Creating Custom Dashboards

You can also create your own custom dashboards with whichever widgets and metrics you wish to aggregate. 

1. In order to create a custom dashboard navigate to the menu>System Setup>Custom Dashboards.

2. Select the widgets you wish to add from the left-hand menu and drag them into the template on the right.  You must have a widget in each area in order to save and proceed.

3. Next, click on the Actions Menu>Add and choose a name for your dashboard.  

4. From the Actions Menu you can configure who will have access to this dashboard, by clicking "Assign role." 

5. Now click "save."  Once saved, you will be able to preview the dashboard.  Users who meet the criteria will now see this dashboard when they select the "home" option under Dashboards on the navigation menu.

Additional Features

Some widgets (particularly tables) will allow you to further select the data you are able to see within the widget using one or more of the drop down menus below.

“Compare To” will allow you to change the comparison data. “Show” will allow you to change the data value given for the period, QTD or YTD. The final drop-down menu will allow to choose whether you would like to see the data in dollars or per square foot.
