Create a Quick Report
A Quick Report is a normal report that is easier to access than other reports. If Quick Reports have been created, they will be available for each property through the Reports button at the bottom left corner of the property screen:
By clicking on the Reports button, a list of current available Quick Reports will be listed:
To create a new Quick Report, navigate to Reports>Standard Reports from the main menu:
Choose a report you would like to access as a Quick Report and click on its name:
Once the report is open, modifications may be made to the Period, Output, Options and Currency tabs. (The Select tab is not modified, since it will be set for each property individually.)
Once any modifications are complete, click Save. When saving, remember to click the "Prompt for property" box and then click OK:
Now, locate the report under Saved Reports:
Then, select the report and click Actions:
From the Actions menu, choose Set Category:
Then, select Quick Reports from the list and click OK:
Now, the report should be listed under Saved Reports>Quick Reports:
To confirm that the new report is available as a Quick Report, navigate back to a property screen, click the Reports button at the bottom left of the screen, and locate the new report:
