Adding Capital Projects

Capital projects can be added to your properties to track costs and budgets. 

Navigate to your Property>Capital Projects.  *Note* If this option does not display for you, please reach out to support at AimSupport@realpage.com

Projects can be imported or added manually.  If importing, click the Import button to load your file.  

If adding manually, click New to add the project name, type, status, and dates.  

Select Costs tab>plus icon under one of the categories to add new costs

Click Budgets tab>New to import budget details.
